Brendan has post gradute qualifications in
business and marketing management.

Brendan manages the back office and customer support functions.

Alex has over 30 years experience in engineering and project
management of hi tech customer solutions with companies such as BT, Cable
& Wireless and Alcatel.

Alex is responsbile for project management, implementation and operational
readiness testing.

Andy has post graduate qualifications in computer engineering
and is a qualified Silverstream and Sun Certified Java developer.

Andy oversees the technical aspects of the support infrastructure, product
development and service delivery.
